Unhappy with delivery service

First delivery arrangement was on the 1st December. They say nobody was home but there was as I collected my mom to sit there & wait for delivery. 2nd attempt they said they'd be delivering on the Saturday between 8am & 10am, I left the house at 11am as no delivery occurred. 3rd, 4th & 5th delivery attempt again said nobody was home when my mother was there. My mother is almost 70 years old & walks to accommodate me as Superbalist say they cannot change the delivery address & I have no one else to ask as everybody works. My mother has walked over 16kms back & forth to help me & we still haven't got the delivery. I have spent about an hour corresponding with agents via live chat & telephone calls with regards to this, Today I was told the agent would speak to the courier, I waited two hours for him to get back to me because he was busy 'taking other calls'. I have spent over R3,600 in two weeks on the Superbalist site, I expect more than this terrible service.
