Unhappy. Terrible service

Worst service. Worse it’s during Christmas time. Not only was my order delivered late. They left out an item I had paid for. No one o notified me that the order was removed no refund was done. So now I’m Stuck on Christmas Eve. They just showed bad service and an Absolute disregard for their customers. I paid the full amount with no hassle, now when it comes to delivering at promises time they not only fail but deliver with missing items.
