Unhappy Superbalist shopper

I'm a regular customer on Superbalist and only had a few hiccups in the past. Delivery always on time and returns and refunds or exchanges smooth. Service with emails use to be good but now I'm very irritated and very disappointed. I've received a order. The box was not tampered with but one of my items not shipped. The dress I received was full if cathairs. Looks like a ****** cat slept on it. And the top I ordered for my daughter had a blue stain on it. I emailed through the app and on the support email address last week already and again on Sunday. 2 different people rep**** to say sorry and to give further details. Sent pictures and everything. It's been days with no response and even when sending mails for response they just don't come back to me :(
