Unhappy customer awaiting refund

I am waiting 3 weeeks for my refund everytime i speak to 1 of the consultant they tell me a different story 2 of them did not even log a ticket for the refund finally I got a hold of a 3rd consultant Conway and he logged the ticket on the 14th i have called in yesterday and spoke to Anele Mgwele he told me the money will reflect today ... i have called back today the same guy ask me to state my story and told me its been declined of we spoke yesterday and said it will be available yoday i have ask 4 times to speak to a manager they always logging tickets according to them but no manager has ever given me a call back i have send emails no responds this is so unacceptable .... and after all this i was told the reason why my refund was declined its because they are in a backlog my god so unacceptable training need to be provided the worse service i have ever had
