Unhappy customer

Ordered a pair of white air force 1s, on opening the package to find the sneakers with yellow stains all over and bumps on the one foot of the sneaker. Do these people who prepare the packages not check before sending it out for delivery? I am a paying customer, disgusting to think that it's okay to send people stained sneakers like it's okay! This is the second time being disappointed by superbalist.
