Unhappy Customer

I ordered a parcel from Superbalist on September 17th and requested a return for the shoes on October 1st. I've been following up, and they are telling me the return collection is completed on their side while the shoes are still here with me.

The shoes do not fit, I am not sure what to do with them. their service is free return within 30 days, I don't know why they don't want to collect these pair of shoes.

Now they are no longer responding to my emails.
