Unhappy customer

I ordered an infants size 6 new balance over the weekend. The parcel was delivered today...it clearly states on the box kids/infants size 6 but when I opened the box it was an adult size 6. This was supposed to be a birthday gift to my daughter on Friday. On the app it says I cannot call their call centre as they are working remotely and not taking calls which is a total lie coz when I called them on the number registered online I got to speak to a consultant who advised me that a return needs to be logged and will be collected tomorrow 24th June and get sent back to warehouse Thursday 25th and I will only be refunded by Monday 29th. Bare in mind this is my daughter's birthday gift for the 26th.

I then asked the consultant can I not do and exchange, I was told no as the size I want is sold out I then asked to then exchange it for something else that's also not possible.

I need either my money refunded so I can purchase something else by Friday morning latest! Or I need to be able to do an exchange so when they collect this parcel they drop my exchange. Thanks
