Unfulfilled Promises

I orders stuff from Superbalist for over R6971.00 on the 25, unfortunately some of the stuff I had to return as the sizes were small. I requested a return which was approved on the 29th November. I have been waiting for a collections since the 30th of November. I keep on following up and being told the driver will come. I needed cloths for my kids for Christmas. I have used all my money which is now with Superbalist and my kids have no Christmas cloths.

I am very frustrated and do not know what to do anymore. I even offered to deliver them myself to a depo. That's how desperate I am.
