Unfair treatment to customers

Im really disappointed My husband tried to purchase some shoes from superbalist as Christmas gifts for family and friends and used a varsity vibe discount code as we are still studying. They suspended both his varsity vibe and superbalist account and said he was trying to resell to other people ,which was incorrect! He is now being penalised because of other peoples wrong doings which is totally unfair
