unfair returns policy

I ordered a what I thought was toddler swimsuit set based on the description from the Superbalist.com website. Yesterday at 5:48pm collected the item from one of their drop off centers and discovered that only the top was sent without shorts and also the top sent is not what was ordered. Around 9pm I logged a request for a refund into my superbalist account which was denied this morning (19 August 2021) because according to their Returns Policy this is Non-returnable item as it is swimwear. To me this is a **** because Superbalist.com falsely advertised a set and then only sent a top and the wrong top for that matter, now they use this standard return policy to deny me a refund without even looking into my case in detail.
