Unfair R80 delivery fee charged on an immediately canceled order

I am incredibly disappointed with Superbalist's customer service and automated system loopholes. I placed an order totaling R202 using PayJustNow and realized immediately that I needed to cancel it. I emailed their support team right away to stop the order before it could even be processed.

Instead of helping me cancel it, I was told by their support team that I just had to wait until I received an SMS saying it would be delivered. Because their system refused to halt the order, they have now processed a refund of only R120, unfairly keeping R82 for a "delivery fee" on an order I tried to stop instantly.

PayJustNow cannot change the refund amount because they only mirror what Superbalist sends them. I am opening this public complaint to demand that Superbalist manually review my timestamped emails and refund the remaining R82 to my PayJustNow account. It is completely unfair to penalize customers for shipping fees when we proactively try to cancel within minutes of ordering.
