THIS MISTAKE WAS YOURS!!! Now you want to refund and have me re-order in the new year AT A MUCH HIGHER PRICE! This is soooo ********* and disgusting!!! Was this your plan with Black Friday knowing that people will be on holiday!!?? Deliver damaged products and then cancel their orders??? YOU JUST LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER!!!
