I am disgusted to say the least. I ordered a swimsuit ( order number ***) and I completely understand that no returns are allowed on swimsuits. HOWEVER then you need to make sure that the sizing is stated correctly. Otherwise it is called: FALSE ADVERTISING. After a long back and forth i was told they will refund the item in cash as they have picked it up at my house already. They subsequently sent me proof of payment. Then, the next moment I get an email stating that they unfortunately can't exchange the item and 30 minutes later i get a know on my door and get handed a parcel with the swimsuit. This is beyond pathetic. How in the world can a company say they decided to refund, ask for bank details, send proof of payment.......very strange....AND then a day later change their mind? This is *********!!!!!!
