I have been trying to purchase a camel Timberland boot for the last 2 weeks. Once I get to check out, the price increases. Initially advertised at R2299, then R3699.I contacted the call centre and explained that it was a pop up advert which I responded to, she was adamant that Superbalist does not post ads on gumtree and evidently had no clue that an ad and advert was the same thing, just semantics. I requested that a manager contact me and Friday, 9 February and I am still awaiting a response. I logged in this morning, 13 February and once again tried to purchase the same boot at R2499 and put it on a wait list as there was low stock and when logging back in the boot is now selling for R3699. The pricing strategy of Superbalist is clearly ************ and I am disillusioned by their "sales|.
