********* AND UNEFFICIENT SERVICE, DISAPPOINTED!!

Disappointing service delivery provided by superbalist. i placed an order when they had the cyber monday specials on the 30th November, now 2 weeks later i still have not received any feedback or response from them, the delivery was set to be delivered on the 4th December, however after i emailed them i found out that there was an issue with the IT system and orders hadnt gone through and therefore there were delays. so today 14/12/2020 i escalated the query again as my purchase was a gift which is why i informed them the urgency of the delivery by the 26th December, I now receive an sms informing me that my order was cancelled i dont know by who? or why but I see that a collection was issued to be picked up from me, so an item i never received will now be collected from me, they have also deducted the delivery fee and are busy processing my refund. i dont appreciate and tolerate this type of ********* behaviour.
