Unbelievable service and putrid communication

I’m so disappointed in Superbalist. My order was cancelled a day before ETD with no explanation besides “suspected ********** purchase”. I had paid with my mobicred account and the email sent to me advises to dispute the charge with the bank, WHAT BANK???? I’ve tried calling them and the call disconnects right before I’m transferred to an agent. I can’t initiate a refund with mobicred as they’ve already processed the amount to my account. This is so frustrating and uncalled for. More than it being a pesky inconvenience , the lack of communication is extremely infuriating.
