UNBELIEVABLE

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Superbalist. The one pair did not fit and I logged a return. I did not have the main box anymore so I took the shoes in the shoe box back to the take a lot offices as they had to send it back to the warehouse. Someone at take a lot decided to use cello tape around the whole shoe box - damaging the original packaging. Now my return is not accepted by Superbalist. Remind me again how this is my fault? I did not use cello tape on the box. And if the delivery guy did his job properly, why did he not tell me to put it in another box otherwise the packaging will get damaged and I won't get my money back. I'll post here... until you resolve this issue. No matter how many times I explain it to your call centre agents on email, they don't get it.
