Unapologetic staff who don’t care about Superbalist brand

Worst service and experience ever. Made an order for a birthday present for someone travelling. Order received on time however 5 items were incorrect! Delivered shorts that I didn’t order and not the ones I ordered, T-shirts completely different to the ones I ordered and another pair of shorts in a different colour to those that I ordered. This was on Saturday and person travelling Sunday - can’t get hold of anyone on the weekend. On Monday the staff were completely unwilling to assist in somehow fixing their own mistakes. Completely disappointed!
