UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

Extremely ********** service from Superbalist,

Its been four days that I was suppose to receive my delivery and I have not. Comments on the "track my order" is all false. Comments from the courier " We tried to deliver your order but couldn't recipient was not available, what a bunch of lies. This is totally unacceptable no one tried to deliver the order to me. Then I get a call from the courier guy saying that my order has been sent to another area and they cannot deliver it, I asked him please can he try and deliver my order as I gave him the address, He then has the nerve of saying it is not feasible for him to deliver in my area which is a km's from the area he was in, absolutely shocking response....

Then when you try and contact the help centre, you hang on for half and hour and they cut the call on you.

********** ********** SERVICE, I DO NOT KNOW WHY SPREE HAD TO JOIN FORCES WITH THIS PATETHIC COMPANY.
