so i placed and order on the 2nd Jan for next day delivery and i paid the extra delivery fee , i ordered a Nike cap only to receive a leopard print top , I completed the return and everything they collected the item yesterday the 6 Jan i need the item i ordered by Friday the 9th Jan , and they can only tell me that the investigation takes upto 5 days , i paid for next day delivery (do i get a refund )
