****TY SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING AND NOT ACCOMODATING IN ANY WAY.

I ordered a watch from Superbalist.com which was meant to be for my wedding and to my utter dismay they had sent me the WRONG WATCH. The call centre agent was understanding enough but jumped through no hoops to rectify the errror.

Fine all good and well i had to leave out a big part of what was meant to be a special day because someone *********** at the warehouse sent the wrong item.

I get back from my honeymoon, log a return they fetch the watch and 7 ish days later i get the delivery HOPING THAT IT IS THE CORRECT ITEM but to my shock once again they have sent me the WRONG WATCH again

I think its highly unacceptable. i cancelled ordering the watch from another online store to order it from Superbalist because the delivery time was faster and the watch was on special on both sites and now im being told that all that they can od for me is give me a refund?

But I dont get what was ordered at the price i paid on special and it becomes my fault? it's highly unacceptable and considered FALSE ADVERTISING and if they do not have stock of the product which is still being advertised online at the original price then i think MAYBE I SHOULD GO TO AN ONBUDSMAN to figure out how Superbalist can become more accommodating to fix their error .. TWICE.
