Two Months, No Refund - Customer Service Nightmare

It’s been almost 2 months since I requested a refund from @Superbalist due to their mistake, and still nothing. No support, no real communication. At this point, it feels like theft!!! I won’t be ordering from them again—not even their brand on other platforms. Absolutely unacceptable. #CustomerServiceFail #Superbalist
