Two Left Shoes
I placed an order with Superbalist for an Adidas Sneakers. Order Number ********** . I received it 7 Days after the scheduled Delivery Date - Upon Delivery I Receive Two Left Shoes. How does something like that even Happen? Does Superbalist Supply Original Items or ****? When I contacted Superbalist, they then requested that I go through their return process. I do not understand why I have to go through the time and effort (above this go through a further waiting period) for an error of the service provider that should be corrected ASAP.

15 Dec 2017, 12:34After contacting Superbalist numerous times, they go on telling me that the shoe is out of stock. So what happened to the 2 right shoes? (Doesn’t Superbalist follow proper QA procedures). Furthermore, they recommend that I wait until stock arrives, to then go through their same poor delivery service. I would not recommend Superbalist to anyone in future.
