Turnaround time

Superbalist’s turnaround time is really appalling. I’m a regular customer, buying numerous items almost no-monthly but no, honestly I will have to stop. Items I bought from China on the same day as Superbalist have been shipped, some the next day even but not Superbalist’s. To date some of my orders processing details have yet to be updated. They don’t even have the track order tab🤮 You really need to do better. I wish I had placed my order directly with the suppliers like skin functional itself. I would have received my order already.
