Took return and no refund.

I have returned two items on the same day to the Hennops park centre. I got the refund for the one item . And I have been waiting for the second refund I can not trace the refund says it's closed no refund. I called and was told take 24 hours and will get my refund still nothing after two requests via e mail and phone calls nothing been done . They took my item I paid for it and not even given me the refund. Kindly note your return RMA #*** has been concluded.
