Took money, cancelled order and wont reverse charges on card

I ordered and paid. They took the money off my card and then emailed me and said it was flagged for ***** but they kept the money. They told me I have to go to my bank to request the money back.

How can you take someone's money and tell them they have to go to their bank to request the money back. One month later I dont have the money back.

Who has hours to spend at the bank and on the phone to get their money.

Just reverse the charges like every other company. Dont take the money then tell me it's a *****. If it's a ***** dont take the money. Wasting my time and holding on to my money.

Seems to me this should be against the law.
