Thrift shop exchange item

I used to love shopping on your platform. I ordered a couple of items before lockdown and two of the dresses where too large so I exchanged them. It took more than a month for the exchange to be facilitated but I understood as the lockdown regulations made life a little difficult for everyone.

18 May 2020 - my exchange items arrived. The yellow dress was perfect, new smell, tag still on - as expected. Now for the green dress... dirty, no tag and smelled like cheap perfume. When did Superbalist become a thrift shop? I'm disgusted by this.
