Third time superbalist got my order wrong!!!

I am completely horrified. Superbalist has gotten my order wrong. I ordered a Canterbury polo tote bag(blue) for my aunt's birthday this weekend.mind you I ordered this a week ago. Today I get my item and superbalist gives me the Capri tote. A cheaper version. When I want to exchange the item to get the correct item, I'm told I can't.the best they can do is a refund. Her birthday is this weekend and it's Tuesday today. Highly disappointed.
