Thinking of ordering from Superbalist , expect the worst!!!

Ever since SPREE merged with Superbalist, I was so skeptical about ordering stuff from them since previously I was a SPREE loyal customer. 1 Year or so later, just realised my gut feeling was on point. Ordered stuff from Superbalist for the first time after he much hyped merger and what do I get: a wrong item delivered to me and 3 other items missing. Their website on my trackpage indicates I received everything, wow. As that's not enough, the customer care agent I speak to seems to be equally confused. Morale of the story: Order stuff from Superbalist at your own peril!!!!!DISAPPOINTED
