I bought a skin product of Elizabeth Arden for the amount of R740 at Superbalist, on 22 March 2020, when the parcel was delivered, the box of the product was empty. I told them about this, and was advised that it will be resolved. Lockdown took place from the 27th of March, till today query is not resolved, sent them numerous emails, all I get is we will get back to you. This was a **************** and theft, I cannot pay R740 for a product I did not receive. They should be ashamed of this. What type of company is this? I warned them that I will send this further, my next step is opening a case.
