******* AND *****. I don recommend them to anyone!!

I have lost my trust in this company. They are *******. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my refund. I asked for my money to be refunded into my account, but it was then refunded to my wallets. 3 days later I was trying to use the the money and my wallet credit was sitting on zero. I do a follow up and they sent me a proof of payment that does not even reflect my account account number. I sent emails and still no response from them. I mean what happened to the 7 days for your refund to be processed, which makes them ***** too.
