I was always happy with this app, gave 5 star ratings always. I SPEND THOUSANDS A MONTH. First time I made a return. Not reflecting on the system. Dropped at the branch yesterday AT 5:30 check your cameras.I only chose to drop as I thought return will be faster and I will purchase other stuff. What nonsense is this. I will be taking legal action. Most probably opening a theft case against your two employees who are *********** and have no idea how to do a return. Your online team says 48hours to investigate what ???? Dissapointing and shocked.
