They took the bag back ,but still no refund ?!!

I ordered the Gabe Tan Bag from Cotton ON through Superbalist in May. I have always enjoyed their service , but was not happy about this bag. It was not tan , it was ORANGE. I asked for a return because I was not satisfied with the product. A man from takealot came to collect the June and I have still not received a refund. Nobody has contacted me . It was close to R500. This is not okay , and I will definitely think twice about shopping from Superbalist again. It’s a shame because I am a regular customer , but their SERIOUSLY need to work on their customer service and their exchange and refund department needs to catch a wake up !
