They refunded me R14 instead of R600!?

I have been persistently sending Superbalist customer care emails, requesting my refund that what processed over two weeks ago. I complained on Twitter, I was asked to send them a DM with my order number and email address, and still, nothing was done. Their customer service is atrocious! What aggravates me further is the fact that they processed two refunds, one for R14 and another for R603. Instead of refunding me R603 they only refunded me R14? Please make this make sense!?
