They got the size wrong. Four times. Terrible

They got the shoe size wrong, not once, not twice, four times. I have finally heard it and they need to give me my money back.

I bought a shoe that was meant to be a birthday present. They got the American Vs UK sizes wrong. Four times . Each time I have returned it. The first time they brought a size four when size six was required. The last times, all three times, they brought a size 5 back. Each time I return it they keep bringing it back .

I am not wasting my time with this anymore, they must just give me my money back and kiss my business goodbye. It's not only irritating it's an inconvenience, the part that they won't pay back for.

We do not buy a shoe , that we can get anywhere by walking to a retail outlet. We buy service and they have failed over and over again.
