They don't want to give refund, after they cancelled order

I loved to order from Superbalist. Until my order was cancelled by them. The items were cancelled by them, ( no stock) after I paid for the full amount, After querying for the refund a few times , they paid back partial amount. But still waiting for the full refund, after 7 months ,emails back and forth. I am still waiting.

I tried my luck again with black Friday deals. I send back two massive carpets, they collected it within a day, now I am again waiting for my refund, queried it, they say the courier cant find the two massive carpets. So until they find it I can not be refunded.
