They don't deliver

I placed an order on the 10th of June 2024 and they confirmed via email and SMS that my order would be delivered on the 12th of June, however, it was not, i then followed up on the 13th and they delivered on the 14th, but there was an item missing. I have since been trying to get them to deliver the missing item, with no luck even though i call and email daily. I am so upset because that item was a gift for Fathers day for my dad.
