They don’t care about their clients

I ordered on the 23rd February, my order was not coming and nobody was saying anything. I then started enquiring about it in March then told what I ordered was out of stock. I asked for a refund and recieved an email stating my refund was processed.

I was told to wait 5 days, now its been over 5 days and the money is still not reflecting in my account. when I contact them they keep saying they will call me back or email me but they never do. To date im still waiting for my refund which is over a R1000. 00.
