they do not want to take responsibility of refunding my R299. i bought 2 dresses from them on 28 August 2018 of which one was smaller and they advised to no longer provide exchanges therefore have to return it ....i called ********** 020 spoke to Mfundo at Spree 03.09.2018-04.09.2018 who advised i must bring the dress for manual collection for returns. yes between 03.09.2018 and 05.09.2018 the spree driver came to collect the dress and requested to sign a return document at my work reception and he rep**** there is no need. to cut a long story short i have since been calling them with no whereabouts of my refund since they collected and failed to exchange my dress........it is either their lines are engaged, faulty and when they answer they put the phone on the side. i also have camera pictures of the collector from my work reception.
