They canceled my order because they delivered on the wrong days - including Sunday!

I am highly irritated with Superbalist. I made an order on Friday last week - the ETA said Tuesday 1 December so I put in my home address for delivery as I work from home on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Friday. This past weekend I went to Groblersdal - the delivery person called me on Sunday to deliver (who does this anyway??) and I expressed that I am only home on Tuesday as per the ETA. I even asked if I can change the address to my work address and she said no. Nowhere I can go onto a link to reschedule or track - basically leaving me with NO choices. And then? Then the delivery people called me AGAIN on Monday while I am on my way to work. Yesterday (1 Dec) I asked the Facebook team to help me whereby they informed me that my order was canceled!!!! I asked them politely to please do not cancel my order - and they just copy and pasted a generic reply stating that this is going to be a lengthy process for my refund! Why do I even support this brand if they LITERALLY do not care about client service? This is all their fault and they do not care cause they are still making money from everyone else. Guess what Superbalist - it's the small things that matter and keep clients coming back. I am going to make sooooo much noise all over about this.
