They are quick to take your money but refunds take extremely long

I bought a bag online on the 15th of Aug 2017 The bag was delivered on the 15th of Aug 2017 - after i paid extra for same day delivery I logged a return on the 23rd of Aug 2017 and it was approved. Parcel was pickup on the 25th of Aug 2017 On 10 Sept 2017 I sent a mail to their customer services to ask what is happening Moira Suntele said she would follow up and get back to me 11 Sept 2017 I followed up with her it is now 15 Sept and still nothing No response from Moira and they still have not processed my return

Utterly disappointed and will never buy from them every again - and i will tell everyone i know not to buy from them again
