There are no words for the level of *********** service Superbalist provides

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on special. My order was mistakenly sent to the wrong couriers causing a delay in the delivery. The correct couriers then contacted me to confirm my address. Clearly attempting to deliver the products was too much effort as the next comms I got was an email telling me that my order had been cancelled due to the courier trying unsuccessfully to deliver my products. I did not hear a single word from them after confirming my address. I find this to be disgraceful service. Unfortunately Superbalist seem to be the cheapest option when it comes to buying shoes, regardless I will not be doing any further business with them in future.
