Theft? Pathetic customer service? Don't take a chance buying from these guys.

Ordered from Superbalist on 25th Feb (website **** that all items were in stock). A few days go by with the status of expecting from warehouse(not sure which country their warehouse is located in). Package arrives on 4th March with 3 items missing. Website shows status as all items delivered. Sent an email via their contact on the 4th March. Called in again on Monday Tuesday and again today(thursday). Spoke to Mishka who says my email address is changed on the system and thats why I didn't get the email??? When I asked her to read me of the contents of the email she says its in the hands of their "specialists". This sort of behaviour is quite suspicious. Is there blatant theft going on at superbalist? Reading their other reviews shows how dissatisfied their customers are. We do a lot of online shopping but by far this is the most shady experience I've had to deal with. Superbalist , you do not deserve to have the hard earned money of your customers and in time your business will go down.
