Theft from Superbalist.com

I ordered some clothing items on their site and when it came to payment I had paid but the site said their was an issue processing my order and cancelled the order but still took the money from my account. I tried calling and mailing with no success so we went to twitter and voiced the issue when we finally got a response we were told they detected ***** and had to cancel the order but cant refund me, my bank has too. My bank said the money was already in their account and they cant help me either. After multiple messages to Superbalist on Twitter I finally got a response that the situation had been escalated to their finance team after not hearing anything for a couple hours I wanted to message them again only to see Superbalist had deleted all comments on their page and had blocked me. No one has tried to justify their actions or refund me. This is very sad because these are tough times we are in and Superbalist would just take your money like this with no guilt and turn you away when you just ask for your money back or even just what you paid for.
