The Worst service ever at superbalist!

I have never experienced such bad delivery service is my life..why do you have a schedulled delivery date on you app if your not going to stick to it! I called more times than I can count today to get same sort of assistance with my delivery. I even stayed after hours with a promise of delivery and a definite call from driver before 6pm, no call no delivery yet I still waited until 6:20pm . Then only your driver decides to show up at 6:45 pm!!! and has the nerve to say am not available. Who does he think he will find in the office at that time! Am actually quite amazed at how poorly your service is since you pride yourselves in online shopping. After my endless calls (starting from 11am) being told the manager will call me which they haven’t, the only person who called me back and went out of her to try n help was Ziyanda even through her hard work she was still let down by your couriers who has no respect for customer’s superbalist.
