The WORST online store

Firstly I would like to mention that I’ve been a huge fan off this company and even recommended it to friends who NEVER do online shopping, who are now obsessed with it.

The most recent experience has been nothing short of disgraceful, they are not processing a refund and yet they have two off my items, they claim one hasn’t reached the warehouse - mind you I’ve made around 10 phone calls so them, just as a query and prior to this no one had contacted to ask if I’ve changed my mind about the return - which is what there consultants say should happen when an item is missing. Why would I be going through all this effort for shorts that do not even button if I had them with me, wasting my time and money !!!

There is no response to emails and apparently issues cannot be escalated to management by customers.

The next time you choose to buy from these ******* who have my items and my money make sure it’s something you will keep, or avoid purchasing from these ******** all together.
