how the hell does your warehouse manage to get the orders wrong all the time?

I have received staff that I did not order and to top it all when I called I spoke to a rude unskilled consultant by the name of Asiviwe who hanged up on my ear. she literally decided not to assist even in the midst of this upsetting matter.

i need my order resolved by COB today as i will be travelling out of town on wednesday. this is not the first time nor the second time. your warehouse always gets orders messed up and i am extemely ****ed ad gatvol.

the size 11 ad 12 shoes in my car needs to be collected asap. YOU ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS let alone having the ability and the skill to sort out issues when they arise.
