THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

My Superbalist experience has been HORRIBLE, i’d give them 0 stars if that were an option. Initially, I ordered an item, but it turned out to be too big. Upon logging an exchange, I received another large instead of the medium I requested. Despite my efforts to contact them via phone and email during their specified hours, I received no response for a week. Eventually i logged another exchange, they came to collect my order but not give me a medium in return???? The lack of customer service and the mix-up in exchanges have made me reconsider ordering from Superbalist in the future.
