THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have never dealt with people delivering empty promises as much as dealing with Superbalist!</p> <p> </p> <p>Long story short!</p> <p> </p> <p>After ordering, the paying for next day delivery and them debiting my card (2 Feb 2017) and then no delivery (6 Feb 2017) - apparently my card was sent through as a ********** transaction!</p> <p> </p> <p>Bank called me and were only notified 6 Feb 2017 - Doesn't make sense! If anyone in their right mind confirms a transaction, debit goes off on the 2nd and the bank only gets notified the 6th, how can the transaction be ********** if you already have my money?</p> <p> </p> <p>Then, asking a supervisor to call me is like a needle in a hay stack. After speaking to 5 different CC, finally a supervisor called me. Took 5 days!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Promises of delivery - never happened!</p> <p>Promises of a call - never happened!</p> <p> </p> <p>Basically take your money and you must wait and see what happens!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Order was for a wedding we were attending - NO OUTFIT as delivery was supposed to be here Monday!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never order again!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
