The wait is too long better forget about delivering

I placed an order for 8 items on the 8th December the expected delivery date was the 18th December 2021 I have send out emails during the course of the week and even called the Call Centre trying to figure out the delay I was told about the warehouse challenges Cape Town/Johannesburg that my items could be coming from different warehouses hence the delay so I've been patient and waited still my order is on processing status, though my Credit card has been debited, can I please get a refund as I was planning to give the clothes to my cousin who is already on holiday.
